Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Reservations and Payments To confirm your tour, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures vehicle availability and logistics for your expedition. The remaining 80% balance must be paid before the tour begins.

2. Cancellation by the Traveler Refunds of the balance paid (excluding the 20% deposit) are issued as follows:

• Over 30 days notice: 100% refund of the balance.

• 15 to 29 days notice: 50% refund of the balance.

• Less than 15 days notice: No refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling Date changes are permitted up to 7 days before the tour, subject to availability. No-shows at the designated pickup time are considered cancellations with no refund.

4. Force Majeure Bolivian Full Explorer reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to extreme weather or safety concerns. In these cases, we offer an alternative date or a 100% refund of the balance paid.

5. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers cancellations and medical emergencies during high-altitude activities.
